1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 1sten, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

1sten is a family activity planning app that provides:

• AI-powered activity suggestions personalized for your children
• Tools to track and save family memories
• Activity scheduling and reminders

3. Account Registration

You must create an account using Sign in with Apple to use 1sten. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial begins when you first create an account.

Subscription Plans

After the trial, continued access requires a subscription:

• Monthly: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Annual: Billed yearly at a discounted rate
• Lifetime: One-time purchase for permanent access

Billing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made through Apple. We cannot process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload inappropriate or harmful content
• Interfere with the app's operation or security

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, notes, and other content you create. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content to provide our services.

Our Content

The app, including its design, features, and activity suggestions, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Activity suggestions are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and safety:

• Suggestions are recommendations, not professional advice
• Always use parental judgment when doing activities with children
• We are not liable for any issues arising from following suggestions

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
