Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

1sten is designed for parents to use with their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All child information is provided and controlled by the parent or guardian account holder.

Parents can review, modify, or delete their child's information at any time through the app's settings or by contacting us.

Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: Your data is stored securely on your device using iOS encryption
• iCloud Sync: If enabled, data syncs via your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit, which is encrypted end-to-end
• AI Processing: Activity suggestions are generated using AI. Only anonymized preferences (age range, interests) are sent to generate suggestions - no names or identifying information

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Service Providers: We use OpenAI to generate activity suggestions (anonymized data only)
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the app
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data

Subscription Information

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for payment-related privacy information.
